Board of Directors

The Forest Knoll Board of Directors consists of 5 total members, including a President, a Vice President, and a Secretary/Treasurer. The Board’s primary function is to plan and direct the management of the Forest Knoll Common Interest Community. The Board meets monthly, during 10 months per year on average, with additional communications made via phone and email.The format of the Board meetings includes a review of home owner maintenance requests, updates from the property manager, a review of the financial statements, and any other new or follow up business. Time is also allowed for all Association members to communicate any issues or concerns. All home owners are encouraged to attend the Board meetings.

Moving In/Out

New home owners please setup auto payment for Association dues with Paramark Real Estate Services.

Home owners who plan to rent their unit please review and adhere to the ByLaws.

Home owners that are selling, please pass on the Centex Home Owners Manual to the new owner.
